Bio:

Music has always been a very important part of my life.  I’d say its even been a savior. I appreciate many different kinds of music. Why limit yourself when there are gems in every genre?  I try and remain open minded.

With DJing and dance music, I tend to play two different styles. I got hooked on house music and learned to spin with house records so it will always hold a special place in my heart.  These days I tend to play a blend of progressive, tribal, west coast, jazzy/swing and tech house. I place an emphasis on emotionally-charged music, tribal drums, darker-edged beats and swirling waves of sound to lose yourself in.

My other style, which was my main focus in the peak rave days of Seattle, is hard NRG.  I grew to love a harder, faster underground sound which combined hard NRG, hard house, and acid techno. I love the pounding beats, the gritty basslines, the nasty hoover riffs and the squelchy synth lines that just pull you into a frenzied head space.

Originally hailing from the Bay Area, I have now lived in Seattle since 1995 and have seen my fair share of the ups & downs of the rave and club scene. However, my deep love of music keeps me chugging right along. Mixing records is a catharsis for me, a release. Music is a gift and everyone should have a soundtrack to go with their lives.

Thanks for visiting the site and be sure to check out the mp3 mixes available for download. They are chock-full of tracks I truly love and enjoy listening to.
